We understanding that you have specific needs and will attempt to accommodate them. Below are the details for events at the Indian Springs Location Wedding and Event Site. We look forward to making your special event a reality.
Your Ranch Rental Includes;
- Rental for 10 hours (including set up time and clean up time).
- Flexible start and finish times.
- Ceremony Site – choice of outdoor sites, white wedding chair set-up included.
- Three (3) separate areas for bride, groom and family members to get ready or relax before or after the ceremony with refreshments. The North side of the ranch is a photo Studio with large room with separate make up room. At the south side of the ranch are the Bridle Cottage and the two bedroom Granny house.
- Use of the garden patio or grass areas for reception party.
- Use of the patio for dance area or alternate outdoor flat areas or indoor studio.
- Parking for up to 150 cars, direction signs. (Directional Valet needed for larger parties, at additional charge).
- Rehearsal time with access to the ranch prior to event date (up to 3 hours).
- No restrictions on finish time.
- No restrictions on loud music.
- We only rent to one event per day, so the ranch is completely private for your use.
- Secluded and private with no access to the general public.
- Use of photo studio for indoor photo set ups for your photographer.
- Will try to accommodate equipment drop off the day before or pick up the day after if available.
- For corporate parties and events includes; indoor studio for various uses. Outdoor stream access. Paddock use for horses/ponies. Flat areas for team building and displays.
PRICING
We will attempt to be understanding to your budget constraints. Here are our base rates for events;

Security Deposit will be 40% of your total rental rate. This is subject to increase depending on the type of event you are hosting.
Payment Terms
50% of payment is due upon booking to reserve the date and is non refundable. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event. Catering is paid separately direct to caterer.

Catering
You can have exquisite catering by Truly Yours Catering customized to your event. Truly Yours provides a large selection of menus and types of service. Cost varies depending on your individual needs. Average 100 person wedding receptions by Truly Yours; budget $35-$55 per person.
Wine and Liquor
The table wine, champagne toasts and liquor bars are often the areas that reception halls and restaurants charge ridiculous fees; we don’t. Truly Yours Catering has a full liquor license and will provide these services at a very reasonable rate. However if the host prefers, the hosts is allowed to provide their own wines and liquor without a service charge from the ranch. This enables the hosts to provide particular drinks that they may wish to serve and it may be an area that those under budget constraints could benefit from.
Insurance
An insurance certificate is required for the event that provides liability and damage coverage. (Insurance is available through companies such as wedsafe.com for approximately $200).
Budgeting
Each wedding or event is customized for you and the catering may vary considerably depending upon your needs. However for a typical wedding here, is an approximate budget for the following items;
